Sill covers

Sill covers are meant for protection of inner tread paited parts of covers by all doors. They are produced from ABS or SSL material, prospectively incombination of both of them, alternatively with sticked stainless decor. For an easy assembly they are provided with self-adhesive double-sided tape.

Stainless SSL variants of covers

For special cars is important the best resistance, which classical stainless material cannot offer. Therefore the use of anoldised aluminium alloy plates that can be used also in the coastal surrounding, it is not possible to recognise them fram stainless plates. The resistance of anoldised aluminium alloy plates is about twice that of stainless steel. For their marking is used the abbrevation SSL.

Instruction for assembly

The bodywork is to be degreased in the place of sticking, preferably with detergent and with amixture of alcohol and gasoline, at the end the surface should be treated with inclosed activation serviette. The sill covers should be put to the car and its location should be marked with a soft pencil. Alternatively thesurface can be splashed with mixture of detergent and water, then it is possible to move with the piece to find a more precise location, it is also necessary to reasonably prolong dwel time for perfect bonding part. Remove the protective sheets of stickers, put the pieces and press them sothat they would be fully stuck. We recommend you to give it rest for next 24 hours, after which the parts and surface will be connected. It is sticked by the temperatures from 15 to 25°C.

Service

Sill covers do not need any special maintenance. They are tended in the similar way as other parts of bodywork.

Warranty conditions

For the product is provided two-ears warranty, which the custurmer can apply by the producer.

Attention

The product is alternatively delivered with design in black colour made by UV stable material. Be careful if you use cleaning equipment WAP. Heat resistance of the product is to 70°C. Product can't stand toluene and someother industrial solvents. I case of mechanical demage such as cracs or breakage it is required to immeadiatelly dismantle the product becauseof the potential formation of undue eternal projections. The supplements (our products) are recommended to be attached to the vehicle after the expiry ofthe warraty period.
